Johnsons Zinnia Mazurkia Seeds, Spectacular and easy to grow, long lasting blooms. Avoid root disturbance when transplanting Zinnias.
For outdoor sowing When April to May. Where In a prepared seed bed in flowering position. How Sow thinly in rows 30cm apart. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Care When large enough thin to 25cm apart. Flowers July to October. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering. For indoor sowing When March to April. Where In individual pots or trays with separate cells of compost. How Sow two seeds per pot, cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Keep at 15-20°C. Seedlings appear 7-14 days. Care Remove weaker seedling leaving one per position. Grow on at 13-15°C. Gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts). Transplant 25cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. Flowers July to October. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering.
