Step 1 - Sow indoors April to May, put 1 or 2 seeds, 1.5cm deep in pots of seed compost. Keep moist. Step 2 - Step 3 - From late May, place them outside during the day to gradually acclimatise. After 2 weeks plant out 30cm apart. Step 3 - Or sow outdoors May to July, where they are to crop 5cm deep and 30cm apart. Sow 2 seeds per position. Step 4 - Support with canes or netting and water regularly.
